Newly fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

First Floor:

Double bedroom, twin bedroom and shower room with large, power shower.

Washing machine and tumble drier in fitted cupboard.

Second Floor:

double bedroom with kingsize bed, twin bedroom and bathroom with roll top bath.

All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided but not beach towels.

• Garden Furniture – There are two foldaway tables and 8 chairs for the garden. However, when you arrive there may only be one table and 4 chairs out in the garden. If this is the case the others will be in the shed and you are welcome to put them all out for your use during your stay
• Buckets, Spades and Crablines – There are a few children’s beach toys and crab fishing equipment in the shed, which you are welcome to use!
